OpenLoop Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the OpenLoop mobile application (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

OpenLoop is provided for personal and professional use to help users record and manage information.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Content

Any information, notes, or content you enter into the App (“User Content”) is stored locally on your device.

You are solely responsible for:

  • The content you enter
  • How you use the App
  • Backing up your data if you choose to do so

We do not monitor, review, or access User Content.

3. No Accounts or Services

The App does not require account creation and does not provide cloud-based services.

We do not guarantee that data will be preserved if the App is deleted, the device is lost, or the operating system changes.

4. Availability and Changes

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. This includes changes delivered through standard app updates distributed by the app marketplace.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will meet your requirements
  • The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • The App will prevent data loss

Use of the App is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenLoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of business, or missed opportunities.

7. Third-Party Platforms

The App is distributed through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.

Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
